How can I support Read Aloud?
Read Aloud West Virginia accepts donations from generous well-wishers year round. We use the money to buy books to give out to families who sign children up for kindergarten, to provide low-cost books that children may buy for as little as 50 cents at school book fairs and to support training and recruitment efforts of new volunteers. Read-a-Palooza is an evening of fun, light appetizers, beer, wine and silent auction items to celebrate Reading Through West Virginia, all to benefit Read Aloud West Virginia programs throughout the state.

Read Aloud is selling notecards featuring the artwork of local children. The cards are available by emailing readaloud@frontier.com. Each $10 gift package includes 10 cards and envelopes with a different original illustration by a child who participated in Read Aloud's annual art contest. Proceeds support Read Aloud's porgrams.
